The master suite has an in suite bathroom for extra privacy. The king size pillow top bed is very comfy. There is a door to the balcony. It has a large closet and dressers for storage.

About Us
PLEASE NOTE: My condos are no smoking, no pets allowed strictly enforced. We offer two 2BD/2BA condos with full kitchen, dining area with pass through bar, and living room plus ocean view balcony. One king size bed in master suite, two FULL SIZE beds in guest bedroom, plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. Can legally accommodate up to six guests per condo. Both condos are exact same layout and square foot 912, same bed configurations, etc. The only difference is the location in building and individual decorating theme. My condos are family friendly. My front hall closet contains beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys, noodles for the pool, bogie boards for the ocean, beach towels, sports equipment for the park next door.
My rates vary by season. My top summer and winter rates are normally by the week, Saturday to Saturday. My weekly rate is $1,200 plus a $150 one time cleaning fee and 12.5% tax. I have a one week minimum. My off season rates are after Labor Day and I offer a four night minimum with discounted daily rates of $140 plus cleaning and tax. I require a $200 security deposit which is refundable once you vacate the rental and it has been cleaned and inventoried. I can put the security deposit on a credit card for your convenience. My cancellation policy is full refund of security deposit for 60 days cancellation notice. Once the deposit is paid I will email your confirmation letter with all the details you need for day of arrival. The rental amount is due on day of arrival in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order, or cash if you prefer.

Resort Amenities include an Olympic size seasonally heated swimming pool with lounges, tables and covered umbrellas, kiddie pool, shuffleboard and covered pavilion. The resort also offers two elevators, six coin operated laundry rooms, 2 per floor, and security gates in the courtyard to keep out trespassers. There's a lifeguard at the beach.
